Actor Sonu Sood recently revealed that he has not eaten rotli for almost 4 years. Sonu also stated that he has not consumed alcohol till date. Once Salman Khan tried to trick him into drinking, but he did not drink.
In an interview given to Jist, Sonu Sood talking about his diet said – I am a vegetarian. My diet is very boring. Whenever someone comes to my house, they say that the food tastes like a hospital. I tell them this is my plate. You guys eat whatever you want. Everyone eats non-veg except me. A good meal is prepared for everyone. We have the best cooks.
Sonu has not eaten bread for 4 years He further said- I eat very simple food. I eat what I get. Does not eat too much. I have not eaten bread for the last 4 years. Although I eat cornbread occasionally. I eat an omelette, salad, avocado or papaya for breakfast. In the afternoon I eat a small bowl of lentils and rice. But yes I eat a healthy diet.
'Tried to make Salman drink alcohol' Sonu Sood also said that he never drank alcohol. He said- I don't drink at all. Many co-actors have tried to force me to drink alcohol. Many people have tried to mix alcohol in my usual drinks. Salman bhai was very fond of making me drink. He would say – do one thing, mix alcohol in his Red Bull.
Then he would give me a glass and see if I was drinking or not. But I would secretly replace the glass. When a person is fond of drinking alcohol, he wants others to drink too, which is good. But I never drank, I didn't feel like doing it.
Sonu is debuting as a director with the film 'Fateh' Actor Sonu Sood is going to make his directorial debut with the upcoming film 'Fateh'. He has also written the story of the film. Sonu will also be seen in the lead role. The film will release on January 10, 2025.
