Salim Khan was born on 24 November 1935.
Relationship- 1:- At the age of 9 the shadow of the mother and at the age of 14 the shadow of the father arose. A mother is the most important thing for a child, but Salim was deprived of his mother's love at an early age. Indeed, when Salim was 4 years old, his mother was suffering from Tuberculosis (TB). For this reason Salim and his brother were told to stay away from their mother.
Narrating an incident related to his mother, Salim said in an interview to Nilesh Mishra that none of us could go to our mother. One day I was playing outside the house. He was sitting far away and looking at me, then he asked the woman standing by – whose child is this? The woman said that I am her son. He called me a little closer to him, looked at me and then sent me back. When I was 9 years old, my mother died.
As mother was suffering from TB, father fulfilled our every wish. Although I was very afraid of them. This was the reason why I decided that I would be my children's friend, so that they would not be afraid of me. My father also died in 1950 when I was 14 years old.
Relationship-2- Brother's taunts inspire him to struggle in Mumbai After the death of his parents only his elder brother remained in Salim Khan's life. At first the elder brother took over all his responsibilities. Salim's father was a DIG rank police officer. After his death the eldest son got this job. The elder brother took up the task and saved Salim. His brother got him a car when he was in college, although having a car was a big deal in those days.
However, the elder brother's attitude changed completely when Salim got an offer to come to Mumbai and become a hero. In fact, Salim had made up his mind to go to Mumbai as soon as he got the film offer, but his brother said that he will return to Indore in a few days, and if you don't come back, he will definitely demand money every month. Salim was very hurt by these words of his brother.
Salim Khan reached Mumbai, but he had no knowledge of the city or the industry. Due to which he had to face many struggles. When he director K. When I came to Mumbai, my friends from Indore used to say that you ruined us and went to Mumbai.
Relationship-4- Relationship with Javed Akhtar broke due to misunderstanding According to the book 'Written by Salim-Javed' by Deeptakirti Chaudhary, Amitabh Bachchan became a star with the film 'Zanjeer' written by Salim-Javed. Years later, when the same duo asked Amitabh Bachchan to act in the film 'Mr India' written by them, he categorically refused. Amitabh said – I am a hero, people come to see me, who will come to hear my voice.
Salim-Javed were extremely upset with Amitabh's refusal. Javed Akhtar decided that he would no longer work with Amitabh Bachchan, although Salim Sahib was not happy with this decision. A few days later, Javed Sahib arrives at a Holi party organized at Amitabh Bachchan's house and tells him that Salim Khan never wants to work with him.
