The fan has made serious allegations in the notice The notice sent by Riddhima Kapoor said that the ticket booking time was announced on September 12 at 1 pm. But the tickets were made available only till 12.59 pm. Due to which hundreds of fans booked the tickets within a minute and later people did not get the tickets. In such a situation, he could not get the ticket as the ticket went live ahead of time.

In the legal notice, Kapoor has said that this has encouraged black marketing of tickets. Because suddenly tickets go live a minute earlier, leading to a huge jump in prices. In such a situation, their prices are being heavily manipulated. This malpractice has been made under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, which leads to black market. Later, black marketeers sell those tickets for more money.
