South actor Prakash Raj, who has worked in many Bollywood films like 'Wanted' and 'Singham', is accused of causing a loss of Rs 1 crore. Filmmaker Vinod Kumar shared a post on Twitter accusing the actor of leaving the sets without informing the crew. With this he accused Prakash of being unprofessional and said that Prakash asked him to call later but has not done so till now.
Prakash Raj is yet to respond to the allegations leveled by the producer.
'Three other people sitting with you won the election' On October 5, Prakash Raj posted a photo with Udhayanidhi and his father, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin, and wrote, 'With Deputy CM… #JustAsking.'
Sharing the same post of Prakash, Vinod wrote, 'Three other people sitting with you won the election, but you lost the deposit, that's the difference. You disappeared without notice and damaged my shooting set to the tune of Rs 1 crore. You said you'd call me, but you didn't!'
While writing the first tweet, Vinod Kumar also shared a photo of Prakash.
'We had to stop the schedule and there was a huge loss' Vinod posted another tweet in which he stated that the incident took place on September 30. Vinod wrote, 'This incident is on 30 September 2024. The entire cast, crew and around 1000 junior actors were shocked. It was a 4 day schedule for him. He left when he got a call from another production. We didn't know what to do. We had to stop the schedule and because of that we had to suffer a lot.

Worked together in the film Enemy. Prakash has not yet responded to these allegations of prank. Vinod and Prakash worked together in the 2021 Tamil film Enemy. The film featured Vishal and Mirnalini Ravi in lead roles.
The film 'Dushman' was released in the year 2021.
Prakash's upcoming films On the work front, Prakash was seen in the recently released Junior NTR starrer 'Deora: Part 1'. Now she will soon be seen in Allu Arjun starrer 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' and Ram Charan's 'Game Changer'.
