basil
Basil leaves can be very beneficial if you have the problem of low blood pressure. Nutrients like magnesium and potassium are found in basil. It is also helpful in treating hypotension. Tulsi helps in maintaining blood pressure readings. Vitamin C and an antioxidant called eugenol are found in abundance in basil leaves. Which, along with managing blood pressure, also works to reduce blood cholesterol levels. In such a situation, you can consume 5-6 leaves every morning on an empty stomach.
Ginger

Consumption of black pepper is also considered beneficial for low blood pressure patients. Active compound piperine is found in it, which improves blood circulation. It controls blood pressure along with increasing the absorption of other nutrients and spices. You can sprinkle black pepper powder in salads, soups or other dishes.
