Panic attack before shooting for debut film: Alia Bhatt says, 'Father Mahesh Bhatt advises to face problems instead of running away from failure'

Alia Bhatt is in discussion about her upcoming film 'Jigra'. Meanwhile, Alia spoke in an interview about how her father Mahesh Bhatt helped her in the beginning of her career. In fact, Alia suffered a panic attack a day before the shooting of the film 'Student of the Year' began. Then Mahesh Bhatt taught him to deal with such situations.

In an interview given to India Today, Alia Bhatt said, 'I had a panic attack a day before the shooting of the film Student of the Year. I was shaking while crying. Somehow I called dad. He called me into his office and I felt like he was going to hug me. But he made me stand in a room among eight people and told me how I felt. What do you feel?'

Alia said, 'At first I wondered what is this? Why did they do this? But then I started to feel better. The special thing was that at that time Emraan Hashmi was also present there. He said that Alia, you will feel like this before your every film and shoot.

Alia continued, 'My father is not an ordinary father. They don't protect me during failure, but advise me to face it. They say that one should never get angry at failure. If you don't fail, I'll be mad at you, because you learn a lot from failing in life.

The film 'Jigra' will release in theaters on October 11. Vedang Rena will be seen with Alia Bhatt in this film. The story of this film is based on the life of brother and sister. At the same time, 'Jigra' will clash with Rajkumar Rao and Tripti Dimri's film 'Viki Vidya Ka Wo Wala Video'.
