The legal dispute between Palak Sidhwani, who played the role of Sonu Bhide in 'Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma', and the production house is now intensifying. While the production house has accused Palak of breach of contract, Palak has accused TMKOC of mental harassment and non-payment of dues.

A few days ago there was talk that the makers are planning to send a legal notice to the actress for breaking the contract. However, the actress denied these reports and called them false. But now the production house Neela Film Productions has issued a statement saying that they have sent the notice. Along with this, Palak's team has also issued a statement and leveled serious allegations against the makers
The production house released a press statement saying that Neela Film Productions has sent an official legal notice to Palak Sidhwani, who played the role of 'Sonu Bhide' in 'Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashma' by Anand and Naik.

Palak Sidhwani was involved in things other than the show without written permission. He was warned many times verbally and in writing but he did not make any amends. He continued to violate the agreement. For this reason, the makers were now forced to send a legal notice.

In which the entire story from 2019 till now has been told. She has said that now she is quitting the show as her last date in the show is 30 September.

Palke has denied all the allegations leveled against him by the production house.
Palak Sidhwani said what happened in 2019 Palak's team has said in a statement that the actress was doing other commercials and web series before signing the show. When she was signing the contract, she asked permission to read it once, but they refused. On repeated insistence, directions for reading were given. Further, when Palak asked that she not be prevented from taking other assignments/endorsements with the show, the makers agreed that she could do so like other actors. But when he asked for a copy of the contract, it was not given to him.

Also said that now he should find someone else in his place. After which the makers also started searching for new gold. On September 7, when she met an official of the production house to formalize her departure, she was blackmailed. He was warned of dire consequences.
'Palak Sidhwani had a panic attack on the set' Palak's statement said that she was mentally tortured. Nasty things were said to him. Even when the actress told the producers that she was not feeling well, they ignored her and asked her to focus on work. On September 14, the actress suffered a panic attack on the sets, but was still forced to do the scene.
'Palak Sidhwani was threatened to ruin his career' In a meeting held on September 18, the makers told Palak that whatever she was advertising was a breach of contract. Apart from this, he was also threatened in this meeting that the production house may close his social media account and ruin his career completely. Due to the harassment, Palak had to face a lot of mental pressure, which further deteriorated his health.
'TMKOC makers falsely accused Palak Sidhwani' On September 19, 2024, the doctor advised Palak to rest and undergo treatment. However, despite his critical health, the production house did not give him any leave and forced him to continue shooting for the serial. On 20 September 2024, the production house issued a notice through its lawyer making several false allegations regarding infringement etc. After which Palak responded to the notice by issuing his own statement on September 26.
TMKOC producers did not give 21 lakhs to Palak Sidhwani Palak's statement said that his dues, which are over Rs 21 lakh, have not been paid till date. And now Palak is not planning to file a criminal and civil case of harassment and torture against the concerned officials of the production house.
