Bollywood actor Ajay Devgan owns many properties in Mumbai. Recently, Ajay has rented out a commercial space. Producer Kabir Khan has rented it for Rs 7 lakh per month. For this he has paid a stamp duty of Rs.1.12 lakhs. Ajay Devgn's commercial space is in Signature Tower, located on Veera Desai Road, Oshiwara. The area is considered as a business hub due to easy connectivity. According to a recent report by Spotboye, Kabir Khan, who directed films like 'New York', 'Ek Tha Tiger' and 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan', has hired Ajay Devgn's commercial space. Along with this office space of 3455 square feet, Kabir Khan also has 3 parking areas. He has leased it for 60 months (5 years) with a deposit of Rs 30 lakh. He will pay a rent of Rs 7 lakh per month. The deal for this property was done in September itself. Many Bollywood celebs including Amitabh Bachchan, Kartik Aryan, Sara Ali Khan have invested in Signature Tower located in Oshiwara. Ajay Devgan and Kajol have taken many properties in this tower. On the work front, Ajay Devgan is currently busy shooting for the upcoming film Son of Sardar 2. The film is a sequel to the 2012 film Son of Sardar. Apart from this, Ajay also has big films like 'Singham Again' and 'De De Pyaar De 2'. Ajay Devgn's film 'Auro Mein Kahan Dum Tha' released this year, in which he is seen opposite Tabu. Chandu Champion, directed by Kabir Khan, was released on 14 June. Karthik Aryan was in the lead role in this film.
