Actor Atul Kulkarni is currently seen in season 2 of the web series 'Bandish Bandits'. Apart from him, many emerging actors like Ritvik Bhowmik, Tamannaah Sharma, Yashaswini Dayma, Rohan Gurbakshani are also involved in this series.
In a recent exclusive conversation with Frontpage Insights, Atul spoke about the experience of working with the new generation of actors. He also stated that the promotion of season 1 could not be done properly due to Corona. However, season 2 is now being promoted very well.
Atul said, 'Four years ago, due to Corona, we could not promote season 1 well. But now with Season 2, we're enjoying the whole process. I think when we were doing plays we were doing 11-12 shows a day. Today we are promoting in the same way. I am very happy when my work reaches people. During this time, I get a chance to say how hard I have worked and prepared. It's a process I always enjoy.
The actor further said that today's young generation is very smart. That said, the new generation knows more than us and has confidence in itself. He completes the work very quickly, which seemed very difficult at first. Our generation had an 'inferiority complex'. While the 'equality complex' that the younger generation has is very important. In our time there was always a way of standing up and talking to the elders, but now the new generation acts with their own thinking and confidence. If you want to learn something, you should always learn from the younger generation.
When asked if he gives any advice to young actors on the sets, he candidly said, 'To be honest, I never give advice to myself. The advice we used to get from senior artists is not what we are giving to the younger generation. He then joked, 'Hrithik gives a lot of advice on the sets, to be honest I'm tired of his advice.'
