Munawar Farooqui buys Rs 6 crore flat in Mumbai: Paid stamp duty of Rs 36 lakh too, posh apartment still under construction

Comedian Munawar Farooqui has bought a posh apartment worth Rs 6 crore in Mumbai. If reports are to be believed, the standup comedian has bought this property in Wadala's Lodha Ora Complex.

This complex is currently under construction and this 40 storied building has many luxurious 3BHK and 4BHK apartments.

Munawar started his career as a stand up comedian

This apartment is spread over 1,767.97 sq.ft According to a report by ETimes, Munawar's new apartment is priced at Rs 6.09 crore. This information is provided by Square Yards.

Munawar has bought this apartment in a multi-storey building, which is currently under construction. According to the documents, the apartment is spread over 1,767.97 square feet and comes with three parking spaces.

Paid registration fee 30 thousand Munawar bought it on 16th September. For this he paid Rs. 36.6 lakhs have been paid. Apart from this, 30 thousand rupees have also been deposited as flat registration fee. Munawar has bought it from the developer.
