Now it has been heard that Kangana has sold her bungalow located in Pali Hill area of Bandra, Mumbai for Rs 32 crore. This information is obtained from the registration documents. Coimbatore's Shweta Bathija bought the bungalow According to documents, Kangana bought the bungalow in September 2017 for Rs 20 crore. Now he has made a profit of 12 crore rupees by selling it. The buyer's name is also included in these property documents. The bungalow has been bought by Shweta Bathija, partner of Kamalini Holdings, who lives in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. According to the documents, the deal was registered on September 5, the actress's bungalow is spread over 3,075 square feet and also has a parking space of 565 square feet. The deal was registered on 5th September. For which stamp duty of Rs.1.92 crore and registration fee of Rs.30 thousand was also paid. Kangana's property in Pali Hill vandalized by BMC This is the same property that was vandalized by BMC in September 2020. The BMC demolished his bungalow as an unauthorized construction. 'Emergency' gets U/A certificate On the work front, Kangana's film 'Emergency' has got Censor certificate after some changes. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has given the film a U/A certificate. CBFC objected to several scenes in the film. Now the film will release in a few weeks after many cuts and changes.
