Nitin Chauhan was a resident of Aligarh, who had been living in Mumbai for a long time. Nitin passed away on November 7, Thursday. His family members were informed, after which they reached Mumbai and took his body to Aligarh.

Nitin Chauhan rose to fame as the winner of the reality show 'Dadagiri 2'. Additionally, he made his acting debut in Doordarshan's TV show 'Jindagi.com'. After this, he became a part of MTV Splitsvilla season 5 in 2012, in which he participated along with Ali Goni and Paras Chhabra. Nitin Ali was the runner up of the show beating Goni while Paras Chhabra emerged as the winner.
Nitin Chauhan got a lot of popularity with 'Splitsvilla-5'. After this, he was a part of TV shows like 'Crime Patrol', 'Gumrah', 'Friends Condition Apply', 'Savdhan India'. He was last seen in the TV show 'Tera Yaar Hoon Mein'.
If reports are to be believed, Nitin Chauhan was going to celebrate his 36th birthday soon. However, he died a week before this.
