The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned Raj Kundra in the pornography case. Raj Kundra has been asked to reach the ED office at 11 am on Monday. Apart from Raj Kundra, the ED has summoned all the people connected with the case for questioning. In this case, on November 29, the ED raided the residence of Raj Kundra-Shilpa Shetty. Raj Kundra's office was also raided. Apart from this, the houses of the people working for him were also raided.
Raj Kundra is accused of producing and providing porn content to people through the 'Hotshot' app. The owner of this app is Raj Kundra. His app was previously available on Google and Apple, however the app was removed in 2021 after the case against Raj Kundra.
The lawyer said – don't drag Shilpa's name in this case After the house raid, actress Shilpa's lawyer Prashant Patil issued a statement saying that there are reports in the media that the Enforcement Directorate has raided the house of my client Shilpa Shetty Kundra. This news is not true and is misleading. It has nothing to do with this case. Although the matter is linked to the ongoing case against Raj Kundra, he is cooperating with the police to bring out the truth.
Prashant further said that we request the media not to use Shilpa Shetty's name, photo or video in this case, as she has nothing to do with this case.

He further wrote – Note to media, not to drag my wife's name repeatedly in this matter, which she has nothing to do with is unacceptable. Please respect the limit.
A car repairer's home in Singapore was also raided for Kundra. The Kanpur house of Arvind Srivastava, who worked for Raj Kundra in Singapore, was also raided. According to sources, Arvind's wife Harshita Srivastava's maternal house is in MIG Block A, Bara-8, Kanpur. Opened a joint account with my mother in PNB Bank, Bara on 10 Jan 2008.
Meanwhile Harshita had only 20 thousand rupees in her account. After this, between May 2019 and 2021, 2 crore 33 lakh 222 rupees reached Harshita's account. How did more than 2 crores suddenly get transferred to the bank account? This money is directly linked to Raj Kundra. Arvind and his wife Harshita did not meet at their home in Kanpur. But the ED team questioned the father and family at home.

Sherlyn, Poonam Pandey were also accused Earlier, the High Court had also rejected the anticipatory bail application of five other accused in this case except Raj Kundra. After the relief granted to Kundra, other accused may also appeal to avoid arrest on the same ground. Actresses Poonam Pandey, Sherlyn Chopra and Gehana Vashishth were also accused in the case of making porn films. Raj Kundra was arrested in July. Raj Kundra's Hotshots app was accused of broadcasting obscene and porn videos.

Shilpa-Raj's property worth Rs 97 crore seized in money laundering case Just a few months ago, the Enforcement Directorate has seized assets worth Rs 97.79 crore from Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra. This includes Shilpa Shetty's Juhu flat and bungalow and equity shares registered in the name of Raj Kundra. The case relates to money laundering in the 2002 Bitcoin Ponzi scheme scam. ED gave this information through a post on X.
