KGF star Yash's upcoming film 'Toxic' seems to be in trouble. The shooting of his film Toxic was going on in Karnataka, however, a complaint has been filed against the makers for illegal felling of trees. Karnataka Forest Minister Ishwar Khandre visited the area and demanded strict action.
According to an ANI report, a complaint has been filed against KVM Mastermind Creations, the production company of the film Toxic, the General Manager of Canara Bank and the General Manager of HMT (Hindustan Machine Tools). There are allegations that the makers of the film Toxic had rented land from HMT in Bengaluru for shooting. Hundreds of trees were planted in the place, but the makers of the film cut down all of them illegally.
The controversy started after the satellite images surfaced in October In October, some satellite images from the sets of Yash's film Toxic surfaced. In old pictures, hundreds of trees can be seen in the place, while the cuttings made in the ground after the set was ready can be clearly seen. After these pictures came to light, Karnataka Forest Minister Ishwar Khandre visited the place in October.

He shared a satellite image of illegal cutting of trees and wrote, The illegal work is clearly visible in the satellite image. I came here today and visited. I have directed that strict action be taken against whoever is accused of this illegal act at the earliest. Protecting the environment is the responsibility of all of us. I will take action if there is illegal logging anywhere.
Kiara Advani has already cast opposite Yash in the film 'Toxic'. The shooting of this film started from August 8. National award winner Geetu Mohandas is going to direct the film. If reports are to be believed, the film will hit the theaters by April 10, 2025.
