Salman Khan's bodyguard Shera has revealed that he started working for the actor at the behest of Sohail Khan. Shera has been in charge of the actor's security for the past 29 years. In a conversation with Zoom, Shera said, 'Other than me, no one can manage my brother (Salman Khan) so well. They change bodyguards a lot, but I've been with them all these years. Shera met Salman Khan during a stage show Shera further said, 'My first meeting with Salman Khan was through Sohail Khan during a show. Sohail wanted security for them as there was some problem in a stage show. At that time I was wearing a turban. When Sohail bhai saw me he said – Why don't you live with Salman bhai? Hearing this, I agreed. Initially I was only with my brother during the show. Then gradually I got attached to my brother and that relationship is still there today. Our bond is very strong. I have told my brother – I will serve you as long as I live. Recently, Shera bought a Range Rover sports car worth Rs 1.4 crore. He gave this information through a post. He wrote – With God's blessings we welcome a new member in the house. Shera was born into a Sikh family in Andheri, Mumbai. His real name is Gurmeet Singh. Shera was initially fond of body building.
