Allu Arjun has got a major reprieve in the December 4 stampede at Hyderabad's Sandhya Theatre. He was arrested on charges of involuntary manslaughter. He was later released on bail. Now he has got relaxation in bail conditions.
Allu Arjun was arrested on December 13 in the Sandhya Theater Stampede case. He was released on bail the next day on December 14. As per the bail conditions, he had to appear at the Chikkadapally police station every Sunday. Besides, he was not allowed to go abroad. Now the bail conditions have been relaxed by the Nampally court in Hyderabad. Actors will now be able to travel abroad and will not need to report attendance every week.
Before appearing on Sunday, Allu Arjun's legal team had requested the court to release him on conditions, which the court granted today. The legal team cited the actor's security for the concession.

In this case, a complaint was filed against 18 people including Allu Arjun on December 6. On 13 December, Allu Arjun was arrested from his Hyderabad home on charges of involuntary manslaughter. He was produced before a local court, from where he was sent to 14 days judicial custody.

The actor's legal team appealed to the Telangana High Court for his bail, after which he was released on bail on a bond of Rs 50,000. However, he had to stay in custody for 18 hours.
