Amitabh Bachchan gets emotional: Pledges help to KBC 16 contestant's sick son, Shalini reaches Ughadepag from Delhi

The megastar of the century Amitabh Bachchan is currently seen in 'Kaun Banega Crorepati 16'. The last episode of the show saw Big B announcing to help a contestant. Contestant Shalini Sharma's younger son is bedridden. The contestant who reached the quiz show told everything to the host, after which the actor assured to help her. In fact, Amitabh Bachchan came to know that contestant Shalini Sharma had come barefoot from Delhi to sit on the hot seat. The contestant narrated her emotional story that her younger son Chinmoy, who is 18, is bedridden and his condition is deteriorating day by day. There is no guarantee of its recovery. Everything depends only on hope. Hearing Big B's assurance of help, Big B reached out to Shalini and said, 'Please inform us of this. We will ask some of our doctors what might happen. Talking about her son's condition, Shalini Sharma said that he is like a one-month-old baby. The son was unconscious from birth and also had epileptic seizures. He could not be treated at the right time. After 2 years we came to know what disease he had. Shalini Sharma told her son's condition that initially her son had seizures 30-40 times. In 2009, when Chinmay had to undergo hip dislocation surgery, he remained bedridden after the surgery. He endured all this for 3 months. An emotional Shalini told Amitabh, 'I can't describe the pain in her eyes' Big B got emotional hearing Shalini Sharma's words Shalini won 25 lakh rupees in this game. And Amitabh Bachchan said, 'My eldest son was 2 years old when I got pregnant. Due to complications, my baby was born prematurely. He weighed 1.75 kg and due to negligence he did not receive proper treatment from birth. Hearing the words of a helpless mother, even Amitabh Bachchan could not control his emotions and cried.
