Bijnor police has busted the kidnapping of actor Mushtaq Khan. Police have arrested 4 accused. Bijnour SP Abhishek Jha said that one lakh rupees have been recovered from the accused. The arrested accused include Sarthak Chaudhary alias Ricky, Sabiuddin alias Sambi, Azim and Shashank Kumar.
Mastermind Lovey had done the perfect planning. Lavi's plan was to kidnap the small artist and get money by calling him like this. Being an actor he won't tell anyone. There was no contact with the big artists as their fees were high. Among his targets were comedians and their counterparts.
Luvi Pal, who masterminded the kidnapping of Mushtaq and comedian Sunil Pal, is still absconding. He has also applied for anticipatory bail in the High Court.
The SP said that on 09 December 2024, Shivam Yadav, the event manager of senior actor Mushtaq Mohammad Khan, lodged a complaint at police station Kotwali City that on 15 October a person named Rahul Saini from Meerut had organized an event to honor senior citizens. Mushtaq Mohammad Khan spoke on phone in Meerut. Rahul Saini for the event Rs. 25,000 advance payment and booked a flight ticket for the actor from Mumbai to Delhi on 20th December.
Mushtaq Mohammad Khan sat in a cab booked by Rahul Saini from Delhi airport. From there he was brought to Meerut. On the way, the cab driver stopped the vehicle and asked Mushtaq Mohammad Khan to go to Meerut in another vehicle. After going some distance, two people sat in the car.
Mustaq kidnapped Mohammad Khan and took him to a house. Money was demanded. Phone password taken. On the morning of 21 November, Mushtaq Khan escaped from them and returned to Mumbai. His mobile, bag and other belongings were left with the kidnappers. Through mobile banking, the kidnappers made purchases and cash transfers from his bank account amounting to approximately Rs. 2 lakh 20 thousand was withdrawn.
There are 10 people involved in this gang In this case, police arrested Sarthak Chaudhary alias Rikki son Rajeev Kumar, Sabiuddin alias Sambi son Salimuddin, Azim son Naseem Ahmed. Shashank Kumar son of Spendra Kumar resident of B-162 Janakpuri Police Station Sahibabad Ghaziabad has been arrested. 104000 was recovered from the accused.

On November 20, Sarthak, Lavi, Akash, Shiv, Arjun, Ankit, Azim, Shubham and Sabiuddin left for Delhi in a rented Swift Dzire and Lavi's Scorpio. In Ghaziabad, he met Love's friend Shashank, who had booked a plane ticket for the actor's arrival. Shashank also joined them.

These people reached the Jain Shikanji restaurant located on the Delhi border, where there were no CCTV cameras and waited for the actor. Lavi was constantly talking to actor Mushtaq Mohammad Khan as Rahul Saini. Lavi booked a cab to fetch the actor from the airport, reached Akshardham temple with the actor around 4 pm. The car booked from Delhi returned to the restaurant and the actor was sitting in the Scorpio. Lavi and some of his other friends got into a Scorpio and went back to Bijnor in another Swift Dzire. Until then, the actor did not know that he had been kidnapped. On the way, these people caught the actor. Brought to Lavi's flat in Bijnor. The accused misbehaved with the actor and took his mobile phone, purse, bag etc. and forcibly took bank account details and password etc. from him. Night fell in all this work. As soon as he got a chance in the morning, actor Mushtaq left all his belongings and ran away from there.

Shopping in Muzaffarnagar and Meerut On November 21, the accused went to Muzaffarnagar through UPI from the actor's mobile and withdrew around Rs 2 lakh 20 thousand and made purchases from public service centres, cyber cafes, ration shops, mobile shops etc. In which the accused made a UPI payment from the actor's mobile and took Rs.25,250 from the mobile shop at Jansath Road and Rs.25,400 from the mobile shop at Sujdu Khalapar. From Vishal Traders Rs. 26,000 ration and purchased mixer and heating rod etc. from New Bharat Electronic Shop, Khatauli. Similarly, the accused transacted money from other shops and public service centres.
