Director Karan Guliani loves making films based on real life. Recently he announced his new film, which will be based on the special love story of two gangsters. He got the idea of this film from a news that touched his heart.
While talking to Frontpage Insights, Karan revealed many things about the film, such as its research, story and upcoming challenges.
A news gave the idea of the film Karan said, 'I went to an ashram in Nainital called Kaichi Dham. Maharajji said one thing there – 'Love is more powerful than electricity.' It seemed like a simple matter at the time, but when I came back to Delhi, a piece of news surprised me. There was news that notorious gangster Kala Jethadi has married Rajasthan's lady don Anuradha Chaudhary. Reading this made me wonder how these two could fall in love, since their entire lives were associated with crime. This thinking inspired me to make the film.
The story of a gangster, in which truth and emotion will be seen Karan continued, 'This is not just a crime story, but it will show the power of love. I have done a lot of research on this story. First of all I contacted Kala Jethadi and Anuradhaji. At first he was a bit skeptical, but after three months he told me that he wanted me to make this film. After learning about his life and his experiences, the focus of the film became clear to me.
The character and script are being worked on Karan said that the work on the script of the film is still going on. 'Our team stays with them for a week every month. We are trying to meet Anuradhaji and know his real experiences. The film will have some fictional elements to make the story interesting, but will also see real things. The main message of the film will be that love is bigger than anything.
Social media is ripe for trolling When asked about being trolled on social media, Karan said, 'Nowadays everything gets trolled, but I make sure nothing is fake in the film. We are shooting in real locations, so everything will feel real. My attempt is to truthfully show the power of love in the film.
The audience will surely love the movie Karan said that the film will carry a special message. I don't want to promote crime. My film is a love story between two people who are there for each other despite the difficulties. Anuradhaji told me one thing – this is the union of souls. These words touched my heart. I want this truth to reach the audience in the film. People will like this movie very much. This story is true and completely emotional. When people see this, they will understand the power of love. I hope this film will make a place in the hearts of the audience.
