Sensex surges 100 points, Nifty gains 60 points: Healthcare and auto stocks gain the most, Bajaj Auto is Nifty's top gainer

Today i.e. on 12th September, Sensex is trading at 81,650 level with a gain of more than 100 points. Nifty is also up by 60 points; it is trading at 25,060 level. Today, the biggest gain is in healthcare and auto shares. Nifty's healthcare index is up by around 0.90%. The auto index is up by 0.70%. Bank and IT indices are up by around 0.20%. The Sensex closed at 81,523 with a decline of 398 points. Nifty also fell by 122 points, it closed at 24,918. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 20 fell and 10 rose. Out of 50 Nifty stocks, 34 fell and 16 rose. There was selling in the stocks of all sectors except Nifty FMCG.
