Sensex fell by more than 100 points: Nifty also fell by 40 points, selling in FMCG and IT stocks

Today, on September 13, the last trading day of the week, the Sensex is trading at 82,830 with a decline of more than 100 points. Nifty is also down by 40 points, it is trading at 25,350 level. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 10 are up and 20 are down. Out of 50 Nifty stocks, 17 are up and 33 are down. Selling is being seen in FMCG and IT stocks in the sectoral index of NSE. Click to read the full news… Yesterday the market made an all-time high. Earlier yesterday, on September 12, the Sensex made a new all-time high of 83,116 and the Nifty of 25,433. However, later both these indices came down a bit and the Sensex rose 1,439 points (1.77%) to close at 82,962 and the Nifty rose 470 (1.89%) points to close at 25,388.
