Today i.e. on 27th September, Sensex is trading at the level of 85,865 with a rise of 30 points. Nifty also has a gain of 10 points, it is trading at the level of 26,220.
Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 14 are rising and 16 are declining. Out of 50 stocks of Nifty, 22 are rising and 28 are declining. Talking about NSE's sectoral index, the shares of IT sector have the highest rise.
Asian markets rose today
- In the Asian market, Japan's Nikkei is up by 0.10% and Hong Kong's Hang Seng index is up by 2.56%. China's Shanghai Composite Index is up 1.03%.
- On September 26, America's Dow Jones closed at 42,175, up 0.62%. The Nasdaq rose 0.60% to 18,190. The S&P 500 also rose 0.40%.
- According to NSE data, foreign investors (FIIs) bought shares worth Rs 629.96 crore on September 26. During this period, domestic investors (DIIs) also bought shares worth Rs 2,405.12 crore.
Today is the second day of bidding for Diffusion Engineers IPO.
Today is the second day of investment in the Initial Public Offer i.e. IPO of Diffusion Engineers Limited. Diffusion Engineers' IPO was subscribed a total of 7.34 times on the first day. The issue was subscribed 11.58 times in the retail category, 0.03 times in the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category and 6.85 times in the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category.
September 30 is the last day of bidding for the IPO. The company's shares will be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 4. Diffusion Engineers Limited wants to raise a total of ₹158 crore through this issue. For this, the company is issuing 9,405,000 fresh shares worth ₹ 158 crore. The existing investors of the company are not selling even a single share through Offer for Sale i.e. OFS.
Yesterday the market made an all time high
Earlier yesterday i.e. on 26th September, the stock market had made all-time high for the 7th consecutive day. Sensex touched the level of 85,930 and Nifty touched the level of 26,250. After the day's trading, the Sensex closed at 85,836 with a rise of 666 points (0.78%).
Nifty also rose by 211 points (0.81%), it closed at the level of 26,216. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 26 were up and 4 were down. Out of 50 Nifty stocks, 41 were up and 9 were down.
