19 Indian companies banned in America: Gold became costlier by Rs 410 in a week, defect in rear camera of Apple iPhone 14+

Yesterday's big news was banning of 19 Indian companies in America. America has imposed sanctions on these companies accusing them of providing defense related goods to Russia. India has given clarification on these on Saturday.

1. America banned 19 Indian companies: Allegations- They are supplying war material to Russia; India said- We follow the rules of UNSC

America has imposed sanctions on 19 Indian companies accusing them of providing defense related goods to Russia. India has given clarification on these on Saturday. External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said, “We have seen reports of US sanctions on Indian companies. We effectively implement UNSC rules in matters related to defense exports.

Randhir said, “The 19 companies have not violated any Indian law.” He said that we are working with all the concerned departments and agencies to make the companies aware about the export rules.

2. Gold became costlier by Rs 410 this week: It was being sold at Rs 78,015, silver became cheaper by Rs 2,299 and was being sold at Rs 93,501 per kg.
