1.8 crore vehicles were sold in the country between April-November: Maruti sold the maximum 1.28 lakh cars in November, Hero on top with 9.15 lakh sales in two-wheelers.

In the current financial year i.e. between April and November, 1.8 crore vehicles have been sold across the country. There has been an increase of 11% on annual basis. In this, 1.33 crore vehicles were sold in the two-wheeler segment alone. It was 14% more than the same period last year.

At the same time, in November 2024, vehicle sales in the country were more than 32 lakh. There has been a growth of 11.21% as compared to November last year. During this period, more than 26 lakh vehicles were sold in the two-wheeler category, which is 15.80% more than in November 2023. Federation of Automobile Association (FADA) has released the sales report of vehicles sold in the financial year 2025 and November 2024.

Hero sold the maximum 9,15,468 two-wheelers in November. By selling the maximum number of vehicles in this category, the company remained on top with 35% share. Whereas, in the passenger vehicle segment, Maruti Suzuki topped with 39.92% share by selling 1,28,521 cars.
