Flipkart-based lifestyle e-commerce company Myntra has also entered the quick commerce sector. The company has entered the field under the name 'M-NOW', under which it has launched a pilot project of a quick commerce service guaranteeing delivery within 2 hours in selected areas of Bengaluru.
However, only select products have started delivery. Based on the lessons learned from the pilot project, the service will be rolled out in other places as well, news agency PTI quoted sources as saying.
Earlier in 2022, Myntra launched express delivery in metro cities under the name M-Express. It aims to deliver within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order.
The services will be improved before the formal launch
“We had earlier launched M-Express service to improve the customer experience in terms of speed,” a Myntra spokesperson told PTI. Now being piloted for expedited delivery in some selected zip codes. We will try to improve it further based on the information received before launching it formally.
4 Crore Transaction Customers with Myntra
Myntra Has a strong user base. According to media reports, the company's customers do about 4 crore transactions. Myntra's revenue from operations in FY 2021-22 is Rs. 3,501 crores. It will grow by 25% YoY in FY 2023 to Rs. 4,375 crores.
