Gold up by ₹650 to ₹73,694: Silver up by ₹2,505 to ₹88,605 per kg, see gold prices by carat

Today i.e. on 16th September, the price of gold and silver increased. According to the India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA), the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold rose by Rs 650 to Rs 73,694 on Monday. Earlier, its price was Rs 73,044 per ten grams.

While silver has increased by Rs 2,505 to Rs 88,605 per kg. Earlier silver price was Rs. 86,100 per kg. Gold touched an all-time high of Rs 74,222 per 10 grams in May this year. Also, on May 29 silver was Rs. 94,280 per kg reached an all-time high.

  • Delhi: The price of 10 grams of 22 carat gold is Rs 68,950 and the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold is Rs 75,150.
  • Mumbai: The price of 10 grams of 22 carat gold is Rs 68,800 and the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold is Rs 75,050.
  • Kolkata: 10 grams of 22 carat gold costs Rs 68,800 and 10 grams of 24 carat gold costs Rs 75,050.
  • Chennai: The price of 10 grams of 22 carat gold is Rs 68,800 and the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold is Rs 75,050.
  • Bhopal: The price of 10 grams of 22 carat gold is Rs 68,850 and the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold is Rs 75,100.

This year the price of gold can go up to 78 thousand rupees per 10 grams. While silver can also reach 1 lakh rupees per kg.
