In the second quarter of the financial year 2024-25, Adani Green Energy, a company of the Adani Group, made Rs. 180 crore net profit has been made. There has been an increase of 71.42% year-on-year. In the same quarter a year ago, the company posted Rs. 105 crore net profit was reported.
In the July-September quarter, the company posted Rs. 468 crores in revenue. A year ago, i.e. in the first quarter of the financial year 2023-24, the company's revenue was Rs 202 crore. There has been an increase of 131.68% year-on-year.
Adani Green shares rise 91% in one year
After the results, shares of Adani Green fell 1.57% to Rs. It closed at 1,684. Along with this, the market cap of the company has also increased to 2.67 lakh crore rupees. Adani Green stock has returned 91.19% in one year.

Adani Green Energy was launched on 23 January 2015 as a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL). Adani Green is one of the largest renewable energy companies in India with a current project portfolio of 20,434 MW.
The company is building the world's largest renewable energy plant located in Khawra, Gujarat. Its capacity will be 30 GW. The Adani Group is building the world's largest renewable park in Khawda, Gujarat, spread over 530 square kilometers. This area is 5 times that of the city of Paris. Adani Green has presence in 12 states. The CEO of the company is Amit Singh.
