Drunkard insults Rakesh Roshan in restaurant: Jeetendra gets angry after name-calling, says – We are soft targets

Popular actor, producer and director Rakesh Roshan is in the limelight these days for his documentary series 'The Roshans'. Roshans releases on Netflix on January 17. During the promotion of the series, Rakesh Roshan narrated the incident when a drunkard started abusing him while dining in a restaurant. Meanwhile Jeetendra was also with him, who handled the matter.

In a recent interview given to Netflix, Rakesh Roshan said, 'I remember Jitendra and I were sitting in a restaurant. A man in front was very drunk. He was calling us names and swearing at us. I was getting very angry why he was telling us this. So I told Jitu (Jitendra) that we should tell him.'

In response, Jitendra said, 'Shut up. let's go out We do not know Him, but He knows us. Because we are soft targets'. Rakesh Roshan said that after Jeetendra explained to him, he left.

During the conversation, Rakesh Roshan also talked about leaving acting and making a career in direction. In the 80s, many of Rakesh Roshan's films were flops. After this he started his career as a producer with the film 'Aap Ke Deewane' in 1980. His next film of his production was 'Kamachor', which was a hit. Along with the production of the film, he also played the lead role opposite Jaya Prada.

After this, the films of his production also started flopping. In such a situation, he started a new innings of his career as the director of 1987's 'Khudgarz'.

On that he said, 'The actors who were with me at that time disappeared. I also left. Playing the role of a villain, playing small roles. That's how I got the experience. Then I became a producer, but that too was not successful. The film 'Kamachor' was very successful, but I did not get success in that either. Jaya Prada moved forward, but I remained there. Then I thought I would become a director. When I was the producer, we were discussing the screenplay. At that time I had a different idea.'

After making his directorial debut with 'Khudgarz', Rakesh Roshan went on to produce 'Khoon Bhali Maang', 'Kishan Kanhaiya', 'Khel', 'Karan-Arjun', 'Koyla', 'Kaho Na Pyaar Hai', 'Koi Mil Gaya'. , has directed films like 'Krrish', 'Krrish 3'.
