Kangana Ranaut's film 'Emergency' banned in Bangladesh: Given the tense situation between India and Bangladesh, the film's release was put on hold; It will release in theaters on January 17 in India

The ongoing controversies about Kangana Ranaut's upcoming film 'Emergency' are not ending. After much controversy, the film received a certificate from the Indian Censor Board, after which the film is slated to release on January 17. Now the film has been banned in Bangladesh just 2 days before its release. If reports are to be believed, this decision has been taken due to the ongoing tense situation between India and Bangladesh.

ANI has quoted a source close to the film Emergency as saying that the screening of the film Emergency has been stopped in Bangladesh. Due to the current strained relations between India and Bangladesh, the decision has been taken to stop emergency screening in Bangladesh. The ban is less because of the film's content and more because of the political dynamics between the two countries.

One of the reasons why the film was banned in Bangladesh is that the film depicts the assassination of the freedom fighter and first president of Bangladesh, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, who is called the father of Bangladesh. He played an important role in the partition of Bangladesh and Pakistan. It has been heard that the film depicts him being killed by a group of Bangladeshi extremists, which has affected its release in Bangladesh.

If reports are to be believed, former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi played an important role in separating Bangladesh from Pakistan. At that time the US government was supporting Pakistan. Although Indira Gandhi was asked by the US government not to interfere in the matter, she supported Bangladesh. As a result, war broke out between India and Pakistan in 1971.

The film 'Emergency' is releasing on January 17 in India. The film is based on former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi's tenure and the Emergency imposed in 1975. Kangana Ranaut has played the role of Indira Gandhi in this film.
