Bollywood actor Girija Shankar, who played the role of Dhritarashtra in the TV serial Mahabharata, reached the Sachkhand Golden Temple today to pay darshan. Girija came to bless the release of his two new documentary films.

He said that he played the character of Dhritarashtra in the Mahabharata serial. After that he did many English Bollywood films and also many Hindi films. He said that two documentaries have been made, for which he has come today to seek the blessings of Guru Aharani. He said that Punjab is a very good state and Punjabis love everyone very much. Giving information about the upcoming film, he said that this is a documentary on Punjab and Punjabi culture. In which a glimpse of Punjab is shown which cannot be seen anywhere else. He said that Punjab is a very beautiful and loving state from which people always leave with new memories and come back again to make new memories.'
