Saif Ali Khan recently spoke about the Kapoor family's visit to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi. He said- PM spoke personally about my parents Sharmila Tagore and late Mansoor Ali Khan and he hoped we would bring Taimur and Jahangir too.
Saif said – I was able to meet PM Modi because of Kareena-Karisma Saif Ali Khan recently said in a conversation with Hindustan Times – I am happy that I could be a part of this meeting because of Kareena, Karisma and Ranbir. It is a great honor for the family to make a postage stamp bearing Raj Sahib's name on his 100th birth anniversary.
The PM also asked about Saif's children Saif further said – PM came to meet us after spending a day in Parliament. So I thought he must be tired, but he smiled and welcomed us all very nicely. PM was active with all of us all the time.
PM also asked about Taimur and Jeh. He also spoke personally about my mother Sharmila Tagore and late father Mansoor Ali Khan. They thought that we would bring Timur and Jahangir also for a visit.
'PM Modi can rest only for 3 hours' Saif said, 'On Kareena's request, PM autographed a paper for Taimur and Jeh. I felt that he was working very hard to run the country, and still found time to be involved in everything. When I asked him how much rest he gets, the PM said he gets about three hours of rest a night. It was a special day for me. Thank you PM for meeting us and honoring the family so much.
Earlier this week, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Neetu Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor and the rest of the Kapoor family met Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Meanwhile, the Kapoor family invited the PM to celebrate Raj Kapoor's 100th birth anniversary.
