Akshay Kumar was injured during the shooting of 'Housefull 5' on Thursday. While shooting an action sequence, an object bounced on the set and hit him in the eye. According to reports, the eye specialist came to the sets of the film immediately after the eye injury. After examining Akshay's eye, the doctor bandaged it. He advises Akshay not to shoot and rest. However, the energetic Akshay Kumar was ready to shoot again in no time despite being hit in the eye.
In March 2023, during the filming of Bade Mian Chhote Mian, Akshay was injured while shooting an action scene in Scotland.

The shooting of the film is in the final stages. Due to Akshay's injury, the shooting of the film was stopped for some time. Due to this tragedy, all the people present on the set thought that the shooting would be stopped for today. But Akshay was quickly treated and ready to play scenes again.

Tarun Mansukhani is directing this film. The film will release in theaters on June 6, 2025.
