Parineeti Chopra accepts offer of 'Chamkila' instead of 'Animal': Actress says- No regrets about leaving the film, God had written something else for me

Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandana's film 'Animal' proved to be a hit. But do you know that Sandeep Reddy Wanga's first choice for this film was not Rashmika but Parineeti Chopra. However, Parineeti refused to do the film and chose Amar Singh's Chamkila. Now the actress has given a reason for rejecting Animal.

Parineeti Chopra and her husband Raghav Chadha recently reached 'Aapki Adalat'. Meanwhile, talking to Rajat Sharma, he said, 'I have no regrets about losing Rashmika's role in Animal. To be honest, I think God had something good in mind for me. I was doing that film (Animal) and everything was finalised, but at the same time I got an offer for the film Chamkila. Both had the same date.

Parineeti said, 'I got many offers for songs. I like A.R. Also got a chance to work with Rahman. Not only that, I got many other good opportunities. But, Imtiaz Ali is my dream director, so I chose Chamkeela over Animal when I was getting a lot to do.

Parineeti further said, 'I believe I have no regrets about the love, support, recognition and respect this film has given me. I am very happy.'

Raghav Chadha said that the film Chamkila strengthened their relationship a lot. He said, 'When Parineeti returned to India, she came straight to Punjab to shoot the film. This allowed us to meet often, which strengthened our relationship. A visit to Gurdwara Chamkaur Sahib deepens their relationship.
