A bus carrying school children overturned in Rajasthan's Rajsamand district. Three students died on the spot in this accident. At the same time, 17 students including the head teacher were seriously injured. A total of 67 people were traveling in the bus. It includes 62 children, 6 teachers and a driver. The cause of the accident which occurred at Desuri Nal in the district at 10:30 am on Sunday is said to be brake failure of the bus.
The head teacher and 15 children are undergoing treatment at RK Hospital in Rajasamand. The critically injured child was referred to Maharana Bhupal Hospital in Udaipur, from where his family members took him to a private hospital. Also 37 children were discharged after treatment. According to the information, the bus was going from Charbhuja (Rajasamand) to Desuri (Pali).
Among them were the children of Mahatma Gandhi School of Rachia (Amet, Rajsamand). The children were going for darshan and picnic at Parashuram Mahadev temple in Pali. He left school at 8 am. The bus went out of control and overturned in Punjab Mode Valley.
The enraged family members blocked the Charbhuja-Rajasamand road outside the Charbhuja CHC in the afternoon. After being explained by the police, they moved away from there. After the postmortem in the evening, the bodies of the three students were handed over to their families.

Locals said that the bus dragged for a few feet after overturning. Due to which children have also suffered more injuries. Most of the children's clothes were also torn.
The children were taken out by breaking the window of the bus with the help of the police and local people.
The road was opened by moving the bus to one side with a crane. Crowds and vehicles have been cleared from the spot. The bodies of the dead girls have been kept at Charbhuja Hospital.
Police spoke to the injured children at Desuri Hospital in Pali and their families were informed.
Vinod, the injured child, said that the brake of the bus had failed. After this the driver could not control the bus.
