The BJP on Sunday alleged that former Congress president Sonia Gandhi is associated with an organization that advocates secession of Kashmir from India. The name of the organization is Forum of Democratic Leaders in Asia Pacific (FDL-AP), BJP said on its social media platform. Sonia is its Co-Chairperson (CO).
Two serious allegations of BJP on Congress…
First charge: Congress's Rajiv Gandhi Foundation has also received funds from the George Soros Foundation. This fund is being used to defame India.
Second charge: Rahul Gandhi has often attacked the central government citing the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCRP) report. OCCRP receives funding from George Soros. Both of them are trying to undermine India's economy and discredit Modi government along with Congress.
The BJP has claimed in an ex-post that Sonia Gandhi is the co-president of FDL-AP, an organization advocating the secession of Kashmir from India.

1. Rahul besieged the Center citing OCCRP reports OCCRP is the Association of Investigative Journalists. The same organization in its report in 2023 accused industrialist Gautam Adani of stock manipulation and several other irregularities. 2. BJP said- OCCRP and Rahul are trying to break India together On December 5, BJP MP Sambit Patra held a press conference. Citing French media reports, he said the OCCRP receives a lot of funding from the US government. Apart from this, this organization also receives money from American businessman George Soros. So that the anti-India campaign can be carried out.

3. America rejects BJP's allegations The US government has rejected these allegations of BJP. The spokesperson of the US Embassy said that America is a supporter of media freedom. It does not fund OCCRP. The OCCRP also rejected the BJP's allegations.
BJP's claim-Rahul meets those who break the country The BJP said that Rahul Gandhi is associated with some people who are running an anti-India agenda. One of them is said to be Salil Shetty, a former vice-president of the Open Society Foundation. The foundation funds the OCCRP organization to publish reports against India.
The BJP claimed that Salil was also seen with Rahul Gandhi in the 'Bharat Jodo Yatra'. Apart from this, another name is that of Bangladeshi journalist Mushfiqul Fazal Ansari, also associated with OCCRP. BJP says that Rahul keeps meeting these two people.
OCCRP is a research organization formed in 2006
'OCCRP' is an investigative body formed in 2006, funded by investors and businessmen like George Soros and Rockefeller Brothers. It is jointly created by 24 non-profit centres. The organization operates in Europe, Africa, Latin America and Asia. OCCRP states in its website that it researches financial irregularities of companies and publishes its reports with the help of media organizations.

Soros' organization 'Open Society Foundation' entered India for the first time in 1999.

Soros also made controversial statements on the CAA, 370 Soros also targeted PM Modi over Citizenship Amendment Act i.e. CAA in India and removal of Article 370 from Kashmir.
