The film version of Mirzapur web series is releasing, this news has come earlier but now the audience is curious to know what they will get to see in theatres. Will it be the same old story or will there be some changes. Now Guddu Bhaiya aka Ali Fazl of the web series has given some hints. Due to which there are speculations that this film could be a prequel as well.
Starcast is excited for the theatrical release
Speaking to Hollywood Reporter India, Ali said, 'We are very excited. It will have the OG (original) cast. We will go back, I think the earlier time will be shown. When Ali was asked if Mirzapur would be a prequel. On this he said, 'You will know. But we are very excited to bring it to theaters.

The film will release in 2026
The movie 'Mirzapur' will release in the year 2026. It will star Pankaj Tripathi (Kalin Bhaiya), Ali Fazal (Guddu Pandit) and Divyandu (Munna Bhaiya). He will be accompanied by Abhishek Banerjee who played the role of a compounder in the series. Let us tell you that 3 seasons of Mirzapur web series have already arrived. Its third season was released in July 2024.
