Ananya Pandey shares a great bond with her father Chunky Pandey. Both are often seen having fun with each other. Recently the actress has shared an incident related to her father. He said he was born at a time when his father's career was going through many ups and downs. At that time he understood that both success and failure are a part of life.
Speaking on Raj Shamani's podcast, Ananya Pandey said, 'When I was born, my father was going through a difficult phase. He was a big actor in the 80s and 90s. But after this he started doing different types of work. There were many times when they had no work and sat at home. In my childhood, I probably went to film sets with him once or twice. He was not very busy at that time. People did not even come out of our house to see him.
Ananya Pandey said, 'If I have to learn anything from my father, I want to embrace change and play different types of characters like him. He has done all kinds of roles like lead roles, minor roles and negative roles. He has done films in every language.
Ananya Pandey further said, 'Artists of our generation want to do all kinds of work. My father and I sometimes fight over this. They want to see me in big masala films. As they have done. But I say no. I prefer playing a big role in a small film than a small role in a big film. But now their attitude is changing.
Talking about Ananya Pandey's work front, she will soon be seen in the film 'Shankara'. The film will also have Akshay Kumar and R. Madhavan in lead roles with him.
