Actress Devolina Bhattacharjee is going to be a mother. That is why he has distanced himself from 'Chaththi Maiya Ki Bitiya'. Now Sneha Vagh will be seen in the role of Chatthi Maiya in this show. What is the purpose of joining 'Chaththi Maiya Ki Bitiya'? The reason to join this show is quite clear. I had to play the role of a goddess in life. When this show came to me, it was a blessing because I am doing whatever I want to do in life.
Bhattacharjee of Devoli was playing this character. did you talk to him I knew that Devola was going to be a mother. This issue was discussed with him earlier. But when I got an offer from this show, can I come to the meeting to work in 'Chaththi Maiya Ki Bitiya'? At that time, the first thing I called Devolina was to ask that I had received such a call. Can I do this show? He said very lovingly that you don't need to take permission. You feel free, no need to take any tension.
How do you feel about the challenge of bringing the characters to life on the ongoing show? Every actor has his own unique way of playing any character. My method is a little different. Neither the channel nor the production house pressured me. There is no pressure that he has to do this. He has given me complete freedom to do whatever you feel like doing, as you feel inside. The challenge for me is not that if he did this, then you have to do the same. I am doing things my way, so there is no such challenge. Playing such a character is not even challenging for me.
How did you prepare to play this character? See, the sixth Maya has a fully formed character. It took more work to bring inner peace to the character, because I am a bit fickle. The acting is fine, but the dialogue delivery needed to bring a pause within itself. I have worked on it more.
Are you also doing anything for OTT platforms? I recently shot a film with Paresh Rawal in Dehradun. The name of the film is 'The Taj Story'. The film will probably release next year. Don't know if it will be on OTT or in theatres.
What is your beauty secret? Do you want to give some tips to your fans and readers? I give all the credit for my beauty to my mother and grandmother. I look exactly like my mother and grandmother. There is no difference between the image of me and my mother. We are exact mirror images. Although there is no special secret to maintaining beauty, some attention is required. If I talk about screen care, I moisturize and apply sunscreen daily. It is important.
