Jalaj Dhir, son of Ashwani Dhir, director of films like 'Son of Sardaar', 'Crazy 4' and 'Athithi Tum Kab Jaoge', has died in a car accident. The 18-year-old judge's accident took place in Mumbai's Vile Parle area. He was out for a drive with his three friends, but his drunken friend lost control of the car which was running at full speed and the car crashed into a divider. Jalaj and his friend died in the accident, while two friends sustained minor injuries. Mumbai Police has arrested his friend Sahil who was driving the car in Nasha's condition.

After playing video games for some time, 18-year-old Jalaj went out for a drive with his friends Sahil Mendha (18), Sarth Kaushik (18) and Jaden Jimmy (18).
His friend drank too much and then everyone left to go back home. Sahil was driving the car at full speed under the influence of alcohol. The car suddenly lost control on the Western Express Highway near Vile Parle and crashed into a divider.
Sahil and Jaden, who were sitting in the front seat, suffered minor injuries while Jalaj and Sarth, who were sitting in the back seat, sustained serious injuries when the car collided. Both were rushed to a hospital in Jogeshwari East, but as Jalaj's condition became critical, he was shifted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. His other friend Sarth also died in this accident.
Drove the car at a speed of 120-150 km per hour while intoxicated Jaden Jimmy, who was present in the car after the accident, gave a statement in the complaint against Sahil who was driving the car. He said that before Jalaj came home, Sahil had been drinking at his friend's house. He reached Jalaj's house at 11 pm on November 22. After playing video games for a while, he went for a drive at 3:30 in the night. Initially Jaden was driving the car, but later Sahil started driving the car himself. He reached Bandra at around 4.10 pm.
According to Jayden's statement, Sahil was driving at a speed of 120-150 km per hour. According to Jaden's statement, Sahil has been arrested.
