Rakesh, father of actress Ashika Bhatia, who was seen in Salman Khan's film 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo', has passed away. After the death of her father on November 25, the actress posted a picture and gave this information. In a post made for her father, Aashika offered an emotional apology.
Aashika shared a picture of her father on her Instagram story section and wrote, Forgive me, may your soul rest in peace. Currently, the exact cause of death of Rajesh Bhatia has not been revealed.
The parents' fight reached the court Ashika's father Rajesh was a local businessman from Surat city in Gujarat. While his mother Minu Bhatia ran a salon. Ashika was very young when her parents divorced. After the parents' divorce, the mother got custody of Ashika and her younger brother Dev Bhatia, but she visited her father infrequently. After the divorce, Ashika's mother Minu filed a case and demanded maintenance for the children. During a hearing, she said that Rakesh was exploiting her, due to which she got divorced.
Rakesh alleged that Meenu was demanding money for a luxury life, while she herself runs a salon and has no financial problems. The court ruled in favor of Rakesh, saying that Ashika herself earns from acting, while Minu has her own salon.
Ashika Bhatia started her acting career as a child actor in the TV show 'Meera' at the age of just 10 years. After this, she has been a part of the show 'Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi'. In the year 2015, she was seen in the film 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo'. She played the role of Salman Khan's sister in this film. Ashika has also participated in the reality show 'Bigg Boss OTT 2' as a wild card contestant.
Ashika's life is always in discussion. Aashika gained recognition across the country with her Tiktok videos. During this time, she was in a relationship with musical star Satvik. However, both broke up in 2019. After this, Ashika's name was associated with Rosh Gupta, however the two parted ways in 2021.
