A convoy of protesters protesting for the release of Imran Khan in Pakistan is moving towards the capital Islamabad. On the appeal of Imran Khan, the demonstration began on Sunday, November 24. Imran called this protest 'final call'. Police have arrested more than 4 thousand Imran supporters to stop the demonstration. It also includes 5 MPs.
Meanwhile, the ongoing protests in Pakistan are receiving support from across the world. PTI supporters are demanding the release of Imran Khan in more than 60 cities of the world. PTI has shared pictures of demonstrations from many cities in Canada, America, Britain on its social media platform.
The Shahbaz Sharif government has already made tight security arrangements in view of Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko's visit to Pakistan today.
In Chicago, Imran Khan's supporters also took to the streets. People also took out a rally here by car.
In the Canadian city of Calgary, Imran Khan's supporters chanted slogans and demanded his release.

There are more than 100 cases against Khan More than 100 cases are pending against Imran Khan. A local court in Islamabad convicted him in the Toshakha case on August 5, 2023. After this he was arrested from his house at Zaman Park in Islamabad and sent to jail. He was later convicted in 2 more cases. According to the English newspaper Dawn, if Imran is released from jail, he will demand re-election in Pakistan.
