Not long ago, Oscar-winning singer and composer AR Rahman announced his divorce from wife Saira Banu. Soon after, Mohini Dey, the guitarist from AR Rahman's team, also announced a divorce, leading to social media blaming Mohini for the singer's divorce. Amidst constant trolling, now Saira Banu has come out in support of the singer. He has said that 'AR Rahman has no connection with anyone and should not be accused.'
Saira explains the reason for leaving Chennai Recently Saira Banu released an audio statement stating that she has been ill for the past few months and is undergoing treatment in Mumbai. In a statement, she said, “This was the reason why I wanted to take a break from AR. But I request the entire youtubers and tamil media please don't say anything bad about it. It is a gem. He is the best person in the world.
He continued, 'Yes, there were some health related issues, due to which I had to leave Chennai. Because I knew that if I wasn't in Chennai you all would be wondering where Saira is. I am here in Bombay. I am getting my treatment. AR has a very busy schedule in Chennai, so I didn't want to disturb him or the kids. But he is a wonderful person. He has nothing to do with anyone. I have faith in him all my life. I have loved him dearly and he has loved me dearly. So stop making baseless allegations against them.'
Finally Saira said, God bless and it is my sincere prayer that we are given solitude and space. Nothing has been officially announced at this time. I will come back to Chennai soon. But I have to finish my treatment and come again. Ok so please stop trashing his name which is complete rubbish and as I said he is a wonderful human being, thank you.'
