This week saw an increase in gold and silver prices. According to the India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA) website, last Saturday i.e. on November 16, gold cost Rs. 73,739, which is now Rs. 77,787 per 10 grams (November 23). That means its price has increased by Rs 4,048 this week.
Talking about silver, last Saturday it was Rs. 87,103, which is now Rs. 90,850 per kg has been reached. Thus, its price has increased by Rs 3,747 this week. On October 23, silver cost Rs. 99,151 and on October 30, gold was Rs. 79,681 was the all-time high.

- Chennai: The price of 10 grams of 22 carat gold is Rs 73,000 and the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold is Rs 79,640.
- Ahmedabad: The price of 10 grams of 22 carat gold is Rs 73,050 and the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold is Rs 79,690.
Gold can go up to 85 thousand rupees by June Ajay Kedia, director of Kedia Advisory, says that gold was supposed to come down after a big rally, and it has. Its price is less likely to go below 74 thousand rupees per 10 grams. After the US, the UK has reduced interest rates. This will increase buying of gold ETFs. In such a situation, gold can reach 85 thousand rupees per 10 grams by June 30 next year.
