How to consume green coriander
If you are troubled by thyroid problem, then wash and clean fresh green coriander leaves with water and make a paste with the help of a mixer and consume it every morning on an empty stomach by mixing it with lukewarm water. Drinking this regularly for a week can control thyroid. You can drink it for 1 month and not more than that.
Consuming coriander leaves with lemon and honey
If you want, you can make juice from green coriander leaves with the help of a blender or mixer. Once the juice is ready, mix lemon juice, honey and half a cup of water in it well. Then you consume it on an empty stomach.

Thyroid patients should mix two spoons of coriander seeds in a cup of water, boil it for 10-15 minutes and consume it after it cools down. Filter it and consume it on an empty stomach in the morning. If you want, you can also add honey to it.
