The summer vacation has just ended and the kids are settling back into a routine. Getting kids ready for school again on time after break, preparing breakfast for them or packing their bags, asking them to study again after coming back from school, checking homework and then tests, evening games… so much work. If the same planning is not done in these circumstances then there is chaos while preparing the child for the next day morning school and the child is late for school. Sleep habit at the right time Getting the child ready for school at the right time in the morning requires that the child wakes up at the right time in the morning, so that there is enough time to get ready and there is no need to rush. For this parents have to make sure that the child does not wake up late and sleeps at the right time. Necessary preparation at night Get the child in the habit of preparing the school bag at night. Children themselves should keep all books and stationery items in their bags at night. It will also be their responsibility to report home on time if they are asked to bring some extra items to school. Apart from this, handkerchiefs, shoes, socks and uniforms should be well prepared and arranged. Explain responsibility to children Give children the responsibility of keeping their essentials well and arranging them in the right place. Washing their tiffin, emptying bottles and keeping them upside down, arranging shoes-socks properly and washing uniforms… all these tasks will make the children responsible and they will learn to take responsibility for their belongings. If something is lost or damaged, only allow them to get a new one once. They should understand the value of things. If things are in place the ride will be easier to prepare quickly. Regular Study Make it a rule to study every day. Not only on the day of the test, not only homework should be done at the scheduled time every day, but also the chapters taught on that day should be revised, so that there is no more difficulty before or during the test. Studying doesn't just mean passing the exam but also understanding what you are reading. Let children read science magazines.
