Mukesh Khanna became a superhero in the TV show 'Shaktiman' which aired from 1997 to 2005. Since then he is known as India's first superhero Shaktiman. There are reports that the TV show is being adapted into a film. Apart from this, Mukesh Khanna is not in favor of this role of Ranveer Singh. Just as Mukesh Khanna donned Shaktiman's clothes again and said it was time for his comeback, the actor was immediately trolled about his age. But Mukesh Khanna has now released a video in which he has clarified his work.
Mukesh Khanna said that he only wanted to teach children as he came up with a patriotic song because, by wearing Shaktiman's clothes, the message would reach more children. He said that positivity is not being sold today, only negativity is being sold. He said, 'When did I say I was coming back? Yes, I will be strong. I am strong, but I have to wear this outfit again for a patriotic song.
Mukesh Khanna fumed at the trollers, adding, 'No one has appreciated the song or the idea behind it. Everyone said, 'Hey sir, this is becoming powerful in itself'. It is not so. I felt that the song and its dialogues would look more impressive with the costumes. Mukesh Khanna has hit back at trolls who shamed him based on his age.
'I am 160 years old' he said, 'you know how old I am.' I am 160 years old. How many of these YouTubers have said 'You are our hero'? No one else can be Shaktiman.. When Rajinikanth can be a hero at any age with makeup, why not you? And today they are making fun of my age.
