Focus on your form
One of the main reasons for injuries during home workout is that we do not pay attention to our form during that time. Due to which the possibility of back pain and strain increases. You can watch some tutorials to correct your body form. Apart from this, you can use a mirror to check your posture. This will help you understand how your body posture is.
wear the right gear
Often while working out at home, we miss the workout gear. Due to which the risk of injury increases manifold. For example, if you are doing cardio or weightlifting, then wear supportive shoes. Similarly, use a yoga mat to protect your spine and knees while doing floor exercises. Working out barefoot on a hard floor may seem fun, but it can put pressure on your feet or cause you to slip and injure yourself.
