Vikrant Massey is currently in the limelight for his upcoming film 'The Sabarmati Report'. Meanwhile, he shared the story of his character Bablu Bhaiya in Mirzapur in an interview. The first season of Mirzapur was released on OTT in 2018, the series starred Vikrant Massey as Bablu Bhaiya. The audience liked it very much.
A big lesson learned from 'Mirzapur' During a conversation with Faye D'Souza, Vikrant said that he did not know that his character in Mirzapur would be killed off at the end of the first season, otherwise he would have thought a lot before signing him. Vikrant said that he was very upset when he found out about this, saying that he was not given the full script of the season before signing the contract and because of this misunderstanding, he later found out that his character had been written first. It will last till the end of the season.

The actor said it was a big learning for me because since then I read the entire script carefully, or I don't sign an agreement unless I know what I'm being asked to do.
Excel Entertainment showed faith- Vikrant Vikrant said that he had this misunderstanding during the 'Mirzapur' series as the format of the series was long, due to the long format the writing process continued during the shoot. He said that he has a good relationship with Mirzapur's production house Excel Entertainment, Excel Entertainment gave me an opportunity to work in 'Dil Dhadakane Do'. Vikrant said, Zoya Akhtar, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani gave me work and support when I had no one with me.
'Mirzapurni Season 3' came in 2024 'Mirzapur Season 3' was released in August 2024. Along with the release of Season 3, the makers also announced that the series will be adapted into a film, which will be released in 2026. Now talking about Vikrant's next film 'The Sabarmati Report', this film is releasing on 15th November.
