Gatkadu: Currency of Selfies and Rise in Selfies!

Dr. Prakash Dave

That brother took his wife to the doctor. The doctor asked, 'What's wrong with Ben?' The brother said, 'The problem is nothing else, but his right hand has become a little long.' The doctor checked and said, 'There is no other problem, but Ben has a habit of taking selfies all day long, so it seems that his arm has become longer!' By the way, that sister went home only after taking a selfie outside the doctor's chamber! Taking selfies is prohibited in some dangerous places. The selfie taker is caught by the police. However, many bhadvirs and veeranganas flout the law and take selfies. The hands of the law are long as the hands of the selfie taker are also long. Taking a selfie is an art. Just taking a picture of yourself with your hand outstretched makes it just a passport size picture and not a selfie! Women know this more than men. To take a selfie you have to twist your mouth as much as possible. Every part of the face has to be temporarily set as far as possible from where nature has arranged it. For example, the beard has to be pushed towards the ground, the eyes towards the forehead and the nose towards the cheek region. It is also true to stick out the lips as much as possible and laugh together! After this is done correctly, the whole head is cut off and placed horizontally on the left or right shoulder… If you can do this, you are said to be ready for a selfie. Staying in this position, remove your hand as much as possible and take a selfie! If you find this easy then try it. There is no doubt that the increasing popularity of selfies will create new dimensions in the world in the near future. The name of the person who takes the most selfies in his life will be recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records. The country whose name will be in this list, the whole country will feel proud of its selfie. And if you are not working, many companies will offer you a job and if you are working, they will give you a promotion! The whole world will know him as the king of selfies. The society from which the person hails will recognize him as caste pride and organize a ceremony to honor him. A selfie competition will be included in the Olympic Games, where athletes will have to take selfies at different dangerous locations. These dangerous places are a barking dog standing in front, the smell of your favorite sweet, your wife standing in front etc etc…! Strict rules will also be made for participating in the selfie contest. Just like taller player is preferred for basketball competition, preference will be given to player with longer arms for selfie competition. Depending on the arm length, there will be different categories of competition. If your hand is more than two centimeters too long or too short, you will be disqualified from the competition at the last minute. After the rise in popularity of selfies, people have become so selfish that all the people sitting in the same house take selfies instead of taking group pictures. Under a wedding hall, the groom was taking a selfie, Anwar was taking a selfie, the bride was taking a selfie. The parents of the bride and groom were freed from taking selfies and saw that the wedding ceremony has stopped. All of them rushed to the mandap to request Gore Dada to start the ritual, but Gore Dada was also busy taking selfies! Places where great saints or cricketers or film actors have gone develop as tourist destinations. So-and-so actor sat on this stone and yawned or so-and-so heroine sat under this tree and signed her first super hit film. Such places become famous and tourists feel blessed to visit such places. No wonder an online course on how to take a good selfie starts soon! I have a lot of cases where there is a cell in the city, if you don't get anything to do, even if you get to take a selfie, well done! Selfie is one area where men have to work hard to be equal to women. A man may be a good photographer but a good 'selfiegrapher' is a woman. According to the law of evolution, the organ which is used more develops and the organ which is used less gradually becomes extinct. Arjuna of the Mahabharata is known as Ajanbahu, because his arms were as long as his knees. In the next century, it is quite possible that we will see Ajanbahu and women's Ajanbahu in the next century, but the problem will be that Arjuna of Mahabharata had both hands reaching to the knee, any one of our selfie lovers will have a single arm!
