The hearing in the matter of canceling the conviction of Donald Trump, who is guilty in the porn star case, has been postponed. On Tuesday, a hearing was scheduled to be held in a New York court to overturn Trump's sentence. New York Court Judge Juan M. Murchan said he was adjourning the case until November 19.
Earlier last week, Trump's lawyers asked the court to postpone the hearing in the matter. Trump recently won the presidential election. On May 30 this year, a court found porn star Stormy Daniels guilty of paying her to remain silent.
Trump asked a federal court to intervene in the case in August after the guilty plea. The federal court then sent the case back to the New York court.
